In an evening program at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, The Sachs Program for Arts Innovation at the University of Pennsylvania will announce the recipients of its 2026 annual grant awards and celebrate grants for students awarded earlier in the academic year.
Penn Vice Provost for the Arts Timothy Rommen will share welcoming remarks starting at 5:15 pm.

About the Event
The Sachs Program for Arts Innovation annual awards celebration is a festive and joyful gathering in honor of the year’s grantees and a recognition of the vibrancy of the arts at the University of Pennsylvania.
This year’s celebration will include music by DJ Robert Botto (Wishniak Soundsystem) and food by Korea Taqueria.
The program will begin at 5:15 pm with a welcome from Timothy Rommen, the University of Pennsylvania’s inaugural Vice Provost for the Arts, followed by an announcement of the Sachs Program 2026 Grant Awards.
2025 grant awards will be announced in five categories awarded annually by the Sachs Program.

- Community Partnerships Grants
- Curricular Support Grants
- Independent Creative Production Grants
- Project Support Grants
We will also take this opportunity to celebrate the recipients of the previously announced Sachs Program 2026 Student Grant Awards.
