Student Arts Innovation Grant
CAMRA, a student-run initiative that fosters interdisciplinary collaborations amongst scholars, sensory ethnographers, artists and educators within and beyond the University of Pennsylvania, has requested support for the 2020 Screening Scholarship Media Festival: a unique, cross-campus dialogue on how new media affordances developed by researchers and community members transform the modalities of collecting, analyzing, and disseminating scholarship on local and global scales. In 2020, SSMF will be in its 8th year. By convening media makers, activists, scholars and educators, SSMF resonates within the contemporary moment in which the production and distribution of academic knowledge across multiple formats are paramount.
