Save the Date: The Sachs Program 6th Annual Grant Awards Celebration

Please join us for an in-person celebration as we announce our 2023 Sachs Program Grant Awards. We will announce grantees in six categories with our largest pool of projects to date. Since our founding in 2017, the Sachs Program has now awarded more than $1.3 Million to 200+ grantees. Incoming Provost John Jackson will kick off the program with some brief remarks as we celebrate this year’s Awardees!

About the event

Celebrate with your friends and colleagues and toast all the winners. Hosted by DJ Muhammad Carr with live performances by Alex Smith & Julius Masri. Food by Honeysuckle Provisions and beer by Two Locals Brewing. Remarks at 5:00 PM by Dean of the Annenberg School for Communication and incoming Provost John L. Jackson Jr., and members of the Sachs Program Advisory Board.

This year we will be funding artists and creative projects in six categories including Community Partnership Grants, Project Grants, Artist Residency Grants, Curricular Grants, Independent Creative Production Grants, and Student Grants.

Also on view: Excluded​/​Inclusion: The Work of Chen Lok Lee, the third exhibition in the Annenberg Center’s new Arts Lounge gallery space.
