The Creative Writing Program Announces Their 2019 Contest WinnersPenn's Creative Writing Program has announced the results of this year's Penn Creative Writing prizes in fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, journalism, and scriptwriting. Prizes included the William Carlos Williams Prize, from the Academy of American Poets, awarded to the best original poetry by a graduate student, and the College Alumni Society Poetry Prize, awarded to the best original poetry by an undergraduate student. Eight prizes were awarded in total.

2019 RealArts@PENN Internship Prizes AnnouncedFor the 4th year in a row, RealArts@Penn is offering an internship prize specifically designed to help with costs associated with unpaid & underpaid internships. This prize is intended specifically for students who have been offered an internship in a creative or arts related field. Undergraduates from any school and grade level are eligible for the RealArts@PENN prize. Applications will be accepted until midnight on April 30th, 2019 and prizes will be awarded on a rolling basis, so apply as soon as possible.

Title Magazine highlights The Incubation Series at PennTitle Magazine, an online art publication out of Philadelphia, has announced that they are partnering with The Incubation Series and will be publishing a series of articles highlighting their work. To start, they published an interview with Jeff Katzin and Ramey Mize, organizers of The Incubation Series, as well as a reflection piece on curating by Tausif Noor and Ginny Duncan: the two curators for The Incubation Series' February 2019 exhibition Weak Link at AUTOMAT Gallery.
